We ran into a player who was unfairly playing the game and exploiting a few things. We have found his items that were exploited.

Hey everyone,

We want to be fully transparent about an issue that occured yesterday.

While performing routine maintenance and backup handling, an unexpected error caused part of the server data to roll back. This may have resulted in lost progress (including inventories, homes, or builds) from within the last ~24–48 hours.

We’ve restored the server using the most recent stable backup to ensure everything is running properly again. We know this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
