We want to be fully transparent about an issue that occured yesterday.

While performing routine maintenance and backup handling, an unexpected error caused part of the server data to roll back. This may have resulted in lost progress (including inventories, homes, or builds) from within the last ~24–48 hours.

We’ve restored the server using the most recent stable backup to ensure everything is running properly again. We know this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

What we're doing to make it right:

We are doing our best to restore items found in Ender Chest/Chests where possible
Providing players with a few compensations to affected players
Reviewing our process and improving our backup system to prevent something like this from happening again in the future.

If you lost items, homes, or progress. Please create a ticket on our discord and create a ticket. You can also contact a staff member so we can help you restore what we can.

We have made changes. We are doing full server backups every 4 hours to prevent such a large loss in data in the future if something like this does happen again. We are also taking steps to be more careful with stuff in general.
